Akram founded the company in 1966. Thirty seven years later,
our firm has grown into a national operation serving the
nation's largest companies. Our designs and projects have been
acknowledged nationwide. Our recruitment and professional

leadership factory for future engineering firms. At our core,
though, we remain true to our initial mission: to help our
clients make distinctive, lasting, and substantial
improvements in their engineering projects and to build a
great firm that is able to attract, develop, excite, and

SM Akram already
had an established career in state-owned technical administration firms when he
decided to develop his own company along the professional and
visionary skills he had acquired in working for various government
departments and use it for building the future of Pakistan .
He felt the analytical, big-picture approach to engineering
and project management could also benefit the consulting
industry. His vision came to be shared by thousands of others
who shaped a new profession as they built one of the nations
best-known professional services firms.
